WELCOME TO GRADE 7!

Hello there! My name is Ms. Shelby Johnson and I will be stepping in as an intern teacher for Mrs. Rypien for the first few months of this 2019/2020 school year. I am very excited to join the St. Francis community and get to know all of the wonderful people involved in creating such a fantastic school. I am looking forward to meeting all of my new students and having a great
year together!

A little more about me!

I was born and raised in windy, Lethbridge, Alberta and I truly love it here. I am an avid golfer and love to travel to courses all over British Columbia and southern Alberta! I’ve even been lucky enough to travel to the World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine, Florida! I am extremely passionate about cats and have four beautiful kitties at home. Throughout my schooling at the University of Lethbridge, I’ve worked at a rescue that is home to 32 kitties! This is your
warning… I will most likely bombard you all with cat photos!
 

All joking aside, I really want to strive to create a vibrant and positive learning environment for all students who walk through my classroom door. I would like to encourage parents and guardians to please feel free to contact me or come in and say hello if there are any questions or concerns you may have. Keeping an open line of communication is extremely important to
me, and I hope you feel the same!
